Ayurvedic Medicine is a vast healing system that encompasses both lifestyle-based treatments and clinical interventions. Our entry-level Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coach program will prepare you to support healing through lifestyle practices such as:

FOOD AS MEDICINE

Discover how to use food as medicine. You’ll learn to recommend dosha-balancing diets that support digestion, detoxification, emotional well-being, and disease prevention.

MIND-BODY PRACTICES

Learn to integrate yoga, meditation, and mindfulness to help others find calm, improve focus, reduce anxiety, and support detoxification—tools that nourish the body, mind, and spirit.

Design Personalized Wellness Routines

Support individuals in creating daily, nightly, and seasonal habits that restore balance by aligning with the body’s natural rhythms and the cycles of nature.

GRADUATE CERTIFICATE
